Well, apparently, the USPTO somehow figured out their patent was unique. So, they issued a patent - and now - the company has a way to keep the shrimp alive.

Don't know that there is any genius anywhere on IHUB who can gain access to all the patent drawings and conclude any answer for you.

Not bashing the company, just a simple question:

Can anyone tell me anything about what makes their "technology" unique or a game changer? From what I can tell, they are using electrocoagulation... nothing new or innovating there. You can get patents on "prefabricated" aquaculture systems very easily, so what makes their system distinctive? Thanks.
