As an aside, getting screwed means being put in a thumb press and have someone give you a 'turn of the screw'.

This idiom refers to a method of torturing people. Thumbscrews were used to crush people’s thumbs, and turning them tightened them.

Not sure this was as enjoyable as some would think.

Some words have a double entendre, thus ambiguity. In this instance, it is the torture over the coitus which prevails.
