I guess when the report states that they have a short position and that its an opinion piece they assuage any legal obligations. Is this correct? So if aphria is lying they are breaking the law but if the short report is lying then they aren’t breaking the law?
Yes, this is the same crap left did to Namaste. Now you will see law firms coming out daily, Chances are they wont return calls also look for the bottom of the page stating this is just an advertisement. These short companies should be held responsible when they lie for gains. Aphria should have responded better but I did see somewhere Insiders bought today. I will watch this unfold and may add. GLTA

I don't know how much more evidence you need. The company name changes are legit, I checked them out. You can too.
Who cares what the locations were/ That's pretty irrelevant when the money trail is clear.
