Somebody linked the charts tht show the insider buyers a few posts ago... i see what you are saying. I guess when the report states that they have a short position and that its an opinion piece they assuage any legal obligations. Is this correct? So if aphria is lying they are breaking the law but if the short report is lying then they aren’t breaking the law?
