The only problem is if we win the Cisco appeal. It works this way- if the CAFC finds for us it is in the form of a remand back to the PTAB, and is sent back to them to fix issues outlined in the remand. If our lawyers want those claims officially added as valid, they have to spend time going back to the PTAB for the fix. Cant wait to find out how long that will take.
Didn't Cisco just get a 66 day extension? I'm hopeful the other three cases will be wrapped up by then, but, well, we know how they all like their extensions.
I don't see an opinion yet on the RPX case in the Supreme Court. I guess that one is still with the Solicitor General.
