It is completely within what the whole of those documents say, and there's no amount of parsing individual words to try and create an illusion that can overcome the fact this company went bankrupt and will soon disappear. Investing in this company's stock will result in 100% loss of the price paid.
I know.. Im SO over someone trying to save my money.. It sounds to me they are not after my money.. They are after my shares.. Because they are worth more than money...One Day BC we will wake up and get the Blockbuster Announcement.. And then for the ones not holding will be pissed.. But i hold and wait.. Because the 4.3 million price everyone sees is just PART of a much bigger thing...and i am willing to wait for that much bigger thing.. What was our next court date ? Jan 4th was it 2019?
