There’s no parsing of words. I’m looking at statements/sentences that tell me otherwise from pwc/ch11/ch15 docs. And the sloppy work of an attorney was helpful as well. For a stock getting cancelled I wish the pps would get down to the .0005 range so I could get to file a sch 13 with the sec. a little dd is all you need.
