1.3 Million Float enough said. Merging Asian Company!! Even at 1 buck and the O/S at 2.2 Million it is a 2 Million Market cap. So small.

I totally agree. With this float, it doesn't even matter what's going on. But, we have the catalyst of a ticker that's got a new management group and if the railway is in fact connected than the sky is the limit here.
