OldYeller— Great question and answer. I think its clear Amarin and any Europe partner aren’t close enough, in a deal, to bring an offer to the board of directors.
IMO Amarin was hoping a Europe deal could finance US launch, now that the secondary is done...I think Amarin is more likely to file both US & Europe prior to partner.
Sorry but what do they have to determine? If the Europe deal does not happen ( anytime soon) they do not file in Europè? They just need to work on both to avoid wasting time. Unless they are close enough to a European deal
