IMO the SA license is the most critical milestone at present, so yeah...I'd expect to hear about it.

Yup. Right on sir.
California TOOK 1 year just to get ready to handout licenses and such.... and we expect SA to do in less time.
There are so MUCH that they have to go through before they can grant a license.
So you want them just hand them out ? Just to hand them out ?
Some people are just so naive how things work.
