Again, California's Adult Use of Marijuana Act Prop 64 was for recreational use that took a year after Prop 64 passed. SA is in regard to Medical Marijuana. Hasn't this process been much longer than California's Prop 64 after passage, like multiple years? Not exactly instant gratification.

Yes there is lots of paper work and then SA govt's internal work.It is SA not USA .SA is developing country and they would need 300 years to become what US is today.You cant expect same efficiency we all have seen in Canada and US.Thanks at least you understand this.
