The 7th report does mention using exemployees of BioAmber for administrative duties. Wonder who that could be.

The monitor's reports to the court clearly show this was a liquidation of the assets and nothing more regardless of what a former officer of the company has on his LinkedIn page. Maybe you should check his Facebook profile to see if it has any clues on whether it really sold for $4.3M.
