Yes that's correct, the PWC told us the "Visolis Transaction," aka the asset sale closed on 10/22 for 4.34M. Unfortunately we don't have schedule 1.1 showing us the purchased assets.
PWC, as court-appointed monitor, speaks only within the context of the APA as they should.
LCYBS has made it known they intend to continue the production of Bio-SA. This happens to be a prerequisite for keeping NOLs intact in acquisition.
The problem is LCYBS owns neither the land nor the building. They are not on the title, Bioamber Sarnia is.
Please don't give me the BS answer that it takes 2 months to record a simple change of ownership. With every house I've ever bought, title was recorded the same day as closing if not the next.
