That's the company's number >> 4,619,209,650. Until further notice/updates, that's the number your forced to live with. But as said, it's not necessarily the OS that shareholders should be concerned with at this point...although 4.6BIL is certainly not a small number.

It's the float that shareholders should be interested in and it seems the company doesn't want anyone to know the current float. But that's typical for MANY pinks -- ANDI included. The less transparency, the better.

Well, it is certainly not 15B.

If that were the case, this would have hit No Bid long ago(and most likely RS'd). For the A/S to go up, they would have to file the paperwork in Wyoming to be allotted the shares, then they would have to pay for the shares(which could be the only thing stopping them)...
