timeline does not matter. yes, full deception is what i glean from the situation. just because the victim was gullible does not exonerate conway from his wrongdoing. he never intended to pay the money back it seems, and therein lies the crime along with the lies he has told the public repeatedly about things that were not ever true regarding the company's business and deals.
