Well even though the idea has been laughed at by a few, it seems the Form 10 to re-list route is at least being attempted. I am surprised that they need to "complete" the audited financials at this point?
Any educated answers on how long before a Form 10 can be filed Post-Revocation? I thought somebody said 60 days?
