Any new 8Ks out on deals? Paid off court ordered judgements? Paid off loans or debts? Anything at all official in filings???

How about news on a nice audit to account for shares distributed that "appear" to have been used to pay off a PERSONAL loan to Conway who couldn't even buy groceries without begging for a loan from a investor?

But hey!! A penny or two per share. Perhaps a buck plus a share "by" December? (including spin-offs of course to be totally accurate.)
