Liberated Energy’s future partner Sterling Global Products is negotiating a letter of intent with Groove Botanicals, Inc., (OTCQB: GRVE) to develop an adult wipe using their proprietary CB3 Phyto Lotion formula.

Obviously this happens thru LIBE. Hence we expect closing documents delivered before the weekend and fast tracking the actual close. I personally know many of the principles and/or have worked with them over the years so I'm confident this can be accomplished successfully. This doesn't change anything we're doing with AIG or Playboy, etc. There's a market for this product pairing that can bring increased revenue rather quickly for the benefit of both companies.
