Statement says it was a success and doesn't specifically say they're no longer working with Elixr?
It does say they're going to focus on domestic sales instead of chasing new biz in Canada. (Hopefully, they wouldn't kill a successful venture with Elixr, Elixr still mentions Viaderma on their webpage.).
