AZ, that is a good point and now possible the DCR can get reduced to still make special distribution soon.

Thanks AZ. I believe that's a reasonable ask by Rosen to adjust DCR. Don't know what the remaining claim might be, in terms of attorney fees, but quite reasonable ask of judge.
