read, this is the best one BY FAR. They could easily overcome these issues!
The accompanying financial statements have been prepared assuming that the Company will continue as a going concern. As of September 30, 2018, the Company had approximately $2,548 in cash and cash equivalents, approximately $19,183 in negative working capital, a stockholders’ deficit of approximately $12,288 and an accumulated deficit of approximately $63,212.
