if you compare 3Q with 2Q you will easily see that the financial performance worsened from 2Q to 3Q. Losses increased and issued stock increased greatly! For me the trends are what are important for fiscal survival. Companies CANNOT just continue to pile up loans without any method of paying them back? Sure they can negotiate them, and PAY DEARLY for it, but unless they have a way to pay the interest they are done.

I know I sound like a broken record, but if you look back over the last 10 years there have been a dozen companies just like BLSP, same Bplan, same investor strategy, same lack of subject matter expertise, same level of flying high on the hog when the investor money is rolling in, and all had the same sound when the went off the cliff into the black AD hole . THUD

Why would these guys make it when all the other failed? What are they doing different?

NO MONEY
NO SUBSTRATE MANAGEMENT
NO OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
NO ENGINEERING EXPERTISE
NO CONSTRUCTION EXPERTISE

All the others lacked the same things as well.
