saltz- agreed, but keep in mind that MCAP has been steadily increasing and so company value.

Today we just added 100M more AS officially and our value needs to break above the dilution curve, so to speak.
Value is surely there and has been increased.
What once was a $5.71 PT became a $4.71 PT, still far below all that.
Current fully diluted OS is probably slightly below 500M.

So IMHO this still needs the last kick: financing.
Knowing all is set and they are finally ready to complete the goals - there should be no more barrier.

If done via partnership that would be most excellent.
I re-evaluated a secondary at current share structure and came to the conclusion that such $150M financing is not doable w/o giving SH a 50% haircut. So we all probably need to wait for the partnership.

Bottom line: The value is there and it needs good negotiators and salesmen here.

I have not posted in a year or so, as I have been out-brained on the board. I have learned so much form everyone. I went to the recent shareholders meeting and my take away's were several. The prostate test is a likely revenue stream which could sustain need for income in the second half of 2019. As we have seen, it is a urine test and will be the new standard of care. Pestel is in it to win it. He is not here to make $2 a share. With two family members who passed of Ca, he know's his probability is higher to contract it himself. He is an amazing intellect and personable and came up to talk with me asking my role there and what I do for a living. He has risked every ounce of his reputation on this new venture and he know's what he has in the science.
It was stated that Gilead was under a dollar for 7 years before it took off. Their revenues are mostly HIV and they hover around $60 dollars a share. We can't extrapolate our share price on this but it indicates we are worth more than a low bid offer.
I believe you are correct that the inflection point will be financing. When i mention this stock to friends and that it is on the OTC, they are simply not interested. We have had a long ride. I know your not a fan of Nadar, but this company would have closed its doors years ago if he didn't carry it through.
