saltz- agreed, but keep in mind that MCAP has been steadily increasing and so company value.

Today we just added 100M more AS officially and our value needs to break above the dilution curve, so to speak.
Value is surely there and has been increased.
What once was a $5.71 PT became a $4.71 PT, still far below all that.
Current fully diluted OS is probably slightly below 500M.

So IMHO this still needs the last kick: financing.
Knowing all is set and they are finally ready to complete the goals - there should be no more barrier.

If done via partnership that would be most excellent.
I re-evaluated a secondary at current share structure and came to the conclusion that such $150M financing is not doable w/o giving SH a 50% haircut. So we all probably need to wait for the partnership.

Bottom line: The value is there and it needs good negotiators and salesmen here.
