No-one knows the exact SS numbers here now that they've cancelled r/s.

But the o/s here is only 2.8B based on the following>>>

Mr. Rodriques owns 175,000,000,000 shares of Common Stock in the Company and is the Company’s only 5% or more shareholder.

Which means we gotta remove 175 BILLION shares from the O/S controlled by an MDIN affiliate named Mr. Rodriguez...meaning we're working with an effective O/S of 1.8B shares outstanding only!
