You are absolutely correct. Just seen on my newsfeed about 10 dollar eights in Colorado. Although some here probably don’t know what that is. It’s an 8th of an ounce, 3.5 grams.

This is current pricing. Like I said, no harder than growing flowers. Just a little more attention to detail to keep it clean.
The one thing that is uncertain here, is how high the demand will be. Smoking grass and edibles is about to be the next big fad. A lot of the stigma in the states still exists and many people that will consume cannabis have still never tried it.
Just my opinion. The 10 dollars for 3.5 grams is a true statement
