Trials accumulate "all" patient data following/through data freeze. That does. not mean they wait until last patient last visit. This trial even had intervening separate data collections after feb 2017. One in 2017 and one in 2018. What you are suggesting is NWBO changed their definition of complete/finish/topline/end as they saw fit to confuse and deceive investors. From saying the finish would occur in early 2016, just a few months after full enrollment, to really having planned the whole time to wait beyond 36 months past full enrollment and that was the finish/end/completion/topline.
What you are suggesting they did is deceive from beginning -- Aug 2014 -- to end -- now. How could the trial finish be defined as a few months (3-5) after full enrollment, but before and after be defined as 36 months plus after full enrollment. You simply can't play with these terms. Which is what you are suggesting they did. You are suggesting they knew this the whole time since August 2014, but then they threw people off the scent in December 2014, only to slime their way back closer to their original intent by February 2017.
