Where I come from, if RK is correct, we'd consider NWBO misleading.

I would consider it clearly outright lying, and also whatever crime it is for running human trials knowingly in disagreement with the IND submitted to the FDA.

The idea that this was always a 3 year landmark, and never event driven is absurd. It was said time and time again. It was in the protocol. LL said it clearly. Dr B said it clearly.

That NWBO moved the goalposts is an issue of interest. But we all saw were they were.

Hey, what’s a few billion among friends for a few year wait. I think it just maybe taking advantage of a good thing if this thing does ever eventually go north imho. There was a lot of Money made by many on the way down, and, hopefully, much much more on the way back up. :-)... you have an incredible memory Flip...or just a great file system. Thank you for digging through the NWBO garbage pile and proving what many of us have been saying for years about NWBO’s communication for years.

This kind of dishonesty does not bode well for how shareholders will be treated even if DCVax-L wins approval.
