"Sorry, but I don't consider that being paid is synonymous with fraud.....". Well we finally agree on something. However , when making a judgement on whether it is fraud or not, a good tool to use would be looking at past accomplishments/failures. Now examine rim : I rest my case.

427 - I'll take 10 years of 1st hand history over the word of any/all paid consultants any day. RIM has always paid for "spin" and the continue to do so. That's not Fraud, that's just RIM.

When they have a contract to produce a product, when the product is produced, when they have orders (which comes after being standards compliant), we can revisit all of this.

No matter what you say - RIM has yet to offer any 3rd party, unpaid, independent verification that they have a commercially viable product.

They're not standards compliant.
They don't have a fab contract.
They don't have the funds to produce an ASSP.
They don't have any orders.
RIM = dead money, waiting for the other shoe to drop (debenture conversions) IMO.
RIM is poised for a giant reverse split, once they get past another 100MM+ in converted shares IMO
If they do by some miracle have what they claim - my bet is they take it private at a fraction above the current market price (once they drive it below 5 cents) and leave minority shareholders holding the bag.
