If you are having second thoughts on your options now it is too late because you are already stuck on the 'wrong side of the trade' and forced to average down. You should have gone long on ZN when in the 90's. :-)
I wouldn't say it's safe to assume that more time would be needed past Jan 31, but it is certainly in the realm of possibility. There are many unanticipated challenges in the oil patch that only those who have worked there can appreciate.
