Thank you Blue for putting that all together. I do read spanish, and you are right. It seems this is not a complete scam as suggested by the SEC. The 500M bond is real. The deals with the bank are also real through a third party. All that is left is the confirmation of the $5B+ bonds (notice I said bonds, plural). What do you think was in the sealed exhibit?

This thing is coming together, and judging from this board, someone will be in very hot doodoo soon. GLTA

Eddy Reyes Torres is infact a member of the staff of BCV (Banco Central De Venezeula) he has published two articles in their online library of documents.

nice find mnvestor! It would have been nice if the SEC would have researched the GSCCCA website before bringing this stock to a halt. Most of the questions they are asking have already been answered by shareholders DD!

Once your at the website you will have to setup an account, $5 for 4 hours or an monthly account for $9.95. Once you have an account go to

(1)State Index searching -

(2)Real Estate Deed Index -

(3)Name Search(Type in Conversion Solutions).

This will pull up 12 files that have been filed with the Superior Court of the State of Georgia. View all docs don't just skim through them, it's worth the time. Some important docs are deep down in the filings. Pay close attention to the Corporate Resolutions filed & the Venezula Bond Info filed. Good luck to you. Here's some interesting Book & Page numbers, Book#2106 pg.64, Book#2106 pg.16&17, Book#2106 pg.54 & 65, Book#2109 pg.752-770.
