It means he can’t even pretend to be happy. He’s probably really chapped that he looks like a loser right now. Every day he’s lashing out in a rage. He’s tweeting insults at Macron while being a guest there. He’s refusing to honor our own WWI fallen soldiers. He fired Sessions too quickly (probably because of losing his cool with Jim Acosta the day before), and his public appearances show him scowling and in a bad mood.

That’s not the visage of a winner.

Which means we’re winning this time.
