I posted all sorts of stuff about how Corbin Hardy and others got their Series B preferred stock from Dustin Secor before converting it into hundreds of millions of common shares then dumping it into the market during the disgusting ANDI pump & dump.
For months ANDI avoided disclosing Dustin Secor as the majority owner of the Series B preferred stock (even though old filings had disclosed Secor's ownership) while the pump & dump was going on. It wasn't until the last quarterly report that the Utopya crew finally properly disclosed Secor as a beneficial owner.
The Series B preferred stock do not, however, give Dustin Secor any voting control of the ANDI shell. The Series A preferred stock is the control stock.
