Oh, and I just noticed "some volatility" in the stock of MiMedx Group, Inc. = MDXG, including a 41% drop today, related to delisting.

MDXG is down because they just triggered their poison pill. Protect exec jobs and f' over shareholders.

I imagine the shareholders are cheering the news that a takeover is out of the picture.

Poison pills are pathetic.

I do recall MDXG being the target of shorts over the past few years.

I don't know if the claims they made were accurate, but I remember the company claimed they weren't.
