Sure DB was reinstated, but right now exists in name only. Wilf has no boats, no crew and no contracts. According to Francis, there is no diving and no contracts scheduled to be awarded. The DR still has all of DBs treasure which they stole. Unless it has “disappeared”.

Capt Billy has proven he can find and recover treasure. Please show us any pictures of “treasure” that has been found and recovered by WaiterJoe
