Sounds like Capt Joe's on deck and BAWL (bitterly absent with leave) is either sunk or is overboard, thrashing, and drowning. Let's recap:

DPBE has been reinstated with real money and DPBE has had Capt Joe at the helm for some time now. In fact, I met the respectful and respectable Capt Joe last year in the US when he was working there. Despite the rumor-mill and outright lies, Capt Joe has found significant treasure in the past, is a deep-thinking good man, who can look a person in the eye and respond directly to questioning; and, despite all the innuendoes and name-calling, he is a good captain, never having sunk a boat, even in a hurricane. He is a man of few words and of logical, no-nonsense common sense that gets things done with no excuses or self-promoting BS. My analysis is that DPBE must have something in mind if they have reinstated the company and must have great trust and confidence in Capt Joe, along with his good judgment, in order to have stayed with him for so long. I think those who have eyes to see can read what is real with DPBE and what are nothing more than multiple BAWLings...
