If this goes south, a kickstarter page to get the baddest dude with a suit to find Jason, Ian, Mike, Darryl, Loudon whoever we need. Will happen. F it, Comet Core folks will join also. I’ll throw ads all over social media for DAYS on DAYS. Bet on it.
There is no disclosure in ANDI filings that Dynamic Ventures ever owned any ANDI shares to sell, or that would show up in the share issuance history.
What I was saying was that Corbin Hardy worked with Starkweather and Darryl Green in Dynamic Ventures. Hardy was the one who held ANDI shares, not the company he worked for (Dynamic Ventures).
Hardy was issued 200,000,000 free trading shares as a conversion. But for what? If you go back through all past filings there is no disclosure of any money lent/convertible note to ANDI by Hardy. And as they were free trading shares, there is no reason to think he didn't sell them while the SP was climbing to $.035. That's when the "gettin' was good."
Starkweather and Hardy go back as business associates before Dynamic. Starkweather owned a fitness center called "Live Fit" while Hardy was an equity partner in Live Fit. >>
I've been unable to determine exactly how they found Darryl Green. Was it coincidental? Did they both become employed at Dynamic after Green became President and Co-chairman? I Don't know. >>
As far as I can tell, they all still work together.
