I do not think they will wait for the disease to progress to the next stage before they start dosing. I think they will dose after enrollment, which should already include the screening, testings, ect. So we may have some readout by May 2019. Could take longer if Missling is lining up all 3 trials to start at the same time or he decides to wait a few more years for the fda.
