No, there were several days the stock price did not change as well, not much room between where it is and zero for it to decline very much.

But the price close for the last day of September was $0.0014, the price close for October was $0.0012. Shouting "green!!!" from the rooftops for those days it goes up a tick is hardly encouraging.
