Hopefully mexico will not just legalize/decriminalize but move to require legal dispensaries, testing, and then of course taxation. This would greatly reduce the influx of illegal MJ in the great US of A because governments don't like it when you mess with their tax revenue. Mexico would certainly crack down on illegal MJ production

Good point. But anyone can grow in the back yard. Not anyone can make liquor or beer.
