Yes, people in Colorado can grow their own and have been able to for quite sometime. But nobody does.

Most people are lazy and they will not grow their own. If they did the number of dispensaries and sales would not keep increasing.

Correct. I have a couple plants in my backyard. Not hard at all but it takes quite some time until you can smoke.

Yes anyone can grow, but good seeds are not cheap, and they you really need to know how much water, nutrients, temperature, and timing….People can definitely grow, but if you get males growing with your females you get lots of seed in your flowers....Most people who love their cannabis will just go to the local dispensary and but better stuff and really almost a cheaper price!!!….GLTU.....Hose
