Thank you for your kind words. I am not in their league but I am flattered.
I did address the topic of Reverse Split Lowdown in post 193971 I suggest you digest that first. https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=144320348 Essentially CEO Linda Powers must adhere to Delawares Articles of Incorp which I haven't the time nor need to delve into since she would IMHO need to send out a letter to shareholders requesting A Special Shareholders Meeting to Consider and Approve a stated Reverse Split like those two examples that came to my mind in that post.
Then IF I was in CEO Linda Powers shoes BEFORE doing a dreaded reverse stock split (which she does NOT wish to revisit) I'd do this: 1) Infuse more of her own money to keep NWBO afloat (similair to what she did in Spring 2018 with $4.4mln at same current price levels) and give yet another sorely needed validation of confidence to the markets IMHO she has the funds to do so courtesy of the sale of Cognate! 2)Grapple with the timeline jungling when will I complete a partnership transaction with SO MANY ISSUES AND MOVING PARTS with what will trigger top line data for DC VAX L. VERY HIGH WIRE ACT! like the Wallenda's walk over the Niagara Falls!
I expressed in a recent post the formula of a business partnership ala Roche (for BMY/MRK have NOT noticed they ever did what Roche does which would be more amenable to CEO Linda Powers IMHO wanting to still be in some form of control given her 15 years of TURMOIL here vs total buyouts by the other two Big RX's smae also IMHO for AZN: post #194317 https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=144365599 which was in reply to Sentiment Stock in how to raise $ etc.
Clearly this is part of the important investment process and beyond the bounds of those scientific types with a notable exception of DewDiligence's iHub Biotech Values where he has a table of M&A deal matrix. Morevoer there are MANY Biotech M&A deal specialist that one may resort to beyond what I have posted. in every major IBK that is dedicated to Biotechs like Evercore; Leerink; Jefferies; Piper; Goldman; JPMorgan; etc.AND there are independents as welll BUT this usually is a proprietary data bank! :
