jmvho,
As to the current value of AVXL, this is jmvho:
I think the value of the company continues to increase with each new trial approval, indication, and positive presentation of our drug’s potential.
I think as time passes, without setbacks, the value will just continue to grow. We are expanding our arsenal on many fronts.
That said, company’s worth will be determined, naturally, by the needs of others. If they need it, they will make an offer and wherever we accept (if that’s the plan) will determine our value.
As far as the share price, I think that is much less of a consideration at present for management. In my opinion, they are growing the company.
(Note: IBM needed a boost - badly - and paid $34B today for Red Hat. That’s $190/share. IBM is only $120/sh and Red Hat was selling yesterday $114/sh. IBM took a gamble that the synergies would be worth more than the sum of the parts, RHT agreed...deal. All about paying for the intangible “potential”.
I think AVXL has a lot of THAT! Difficult to quantify but someone will at some point. My very humble opinion.)
I’m a buyer also at these prices and with our potential showing, fyi.
