Nobodyt knows the market value of TRW. It is nonsense to use SIAF as a guide regarding the market value.

Lol I give you a chance to think that one through one more time. Siafs share of Triway is worth 0,38usd minus the other worthless assets of Siaf.
But wait....Triway shares can be worth at least 3,41usd but only if they are paid to stupid Siaf shareholders!

Its practically the same way. Wasnt Siaf supposed to hold like 37% of Triway, and Solomon controls that 37% with his A-shares. I ask again: who will appoint the new "independent" Triway management? I give you one clue- he likes to smoke and dilute.
