And how much will the TRW shares be worth that SIAF shareholders will be holding?

Trip It is you who should think this through once more. Your reasoning ss too simplistic. As the situation is today Solomon may double the A/S and sell 50 million shares for next to nothing. Once we own 18 million shares in TRW Solomon cannot dilute our shares in TRW. This affects their value in the real world. Ir is unknown if SIAF will hold 37% of TRW after the distribution or 18%. I assume that the owners of TRW will have a strong influence on the management in the future.
