JJ, you bring up a good point that no ACTC supported clinical trials have been announced. Below is a bit of DD around timelines for the program that I posted earlier this summer. Thanks to Talon for keying in on this bit of (worthy, I believe) speculation.

In this first year of the ACTC program, the application deadlines were/are Feb 5, June 5, and October 5. For a Feb 5th submission, the subsequent timeline is:

Scientific Merit Review : June - July
Advisory Council Round : August or October
Earliest Project Start Date : September or December

Now, this is all obviously conjecture, and it’s possible that they never applied, or maybe applied by the June 5th deadline which would ultimately yield an earliest project start date of April ’19.
