I want to thank the shareholders of Andiamo Corporation as well as the Utopyans who have supported our company over the past year. As you are all aware we have recently had a change in management and over the past few weeks we have regrouped to plan the future of the company so that shareholder value is maximized and the company is positioned for both short term and long term success.
The first order of business I want to address is the communication between management and shareholders. In the past, Andiamo’s management and the management of Utopya have worked on a de-centralized communication basis. While this style of communication was designed to provide transparency, in actuality it provided different and sometimes conflicting information to the markets. Moving forward Andiamo and Utopya will rely on a more centralized form of communication that ensures that all shareholders and the market obtain the same information.
Second, over the past few weeks we have evaluated the structure of Andiamo and its ability to offer innovative technologies for every day living. Utopya’s phones are a key part of our strategy and growth plans. We plan to use our innovative phone designs as a leverage point for other devices and technological offerings. In order to manage the key life changes that innovative phones can offer, we have divided the company into three divisions:
Smart Devices and Phones
Software and Applications
System Optimization and Security
The Smart Devices and Phones Division will focus on finding and integrating innovative devices into the Utopya phone platform. The Software and Applications Division will develop products and partnerships to enhance the Utopya phone experience and provide interfaces with the smart devices offered. The System Optimization and Security Division is dedicated to keeping our customers’ experience on our devices, in our software, on our apps and on the internet safe and secure. We believe this 3-division approach will provide a corporate focus that has been lacking in the past.
To further our efforts at diversification, and in the interest of offering a more centralized form of communication to shareholders, we are working on a new website at www.andiamoinnovations.com. It is currently under construction but we look forward to revealing a site that matches our approach to the market.
Finally, we understand and appreciate the support our Utopya phones have received from the shareholders and the markets. We also understand the frustration due to several missed, self-imposed deadlines. To the doubters, yes the phones exist, and in fact, they are in the hands of potential distributors and marketing partners. Simultaneously we are working to complete our certifications and to tune the phones for the US markets. Our objective is to complete these efforts as quickly as possible.
