I would vote no to re-elect some of the board memebers too. I am usually able to vote through TD ameritrade their shareholder library would notify me of company actions. But you better believe it at least 375000 shares are going to vote NO for tons of initiatives. I will only vote yes to increase the outstanding float because that probably is the only way to fund future trials the way things are playing out.
Just FYI: voting “NO” (or Yes) for compensation isn’t a hard stop item...it is only an advisement to the BOD which they will then consider and do whatever they want anyways, no matter how many shareholders vote “NO”.
