How can I vote against his compensation package? I cannot attend the next shareholder meeting, but I would like to take some action (vote) instead of watching my investment deplete due to lack of management capabilities. Is his compensation package part of a package with other items mixed or is his package a separate item where we can vote on?

I agree on the fact that Pourhassan moved CYDY as far as he could but he and his team got very well compensated over time for this on the costs of shareholders.
If the BOD does not take action soon, then shareholders have to take some initiatives (get rid of the CEO) to bring this drug to market.
