smart money buys low sells high, whats your normal strategy? with multi bulge banks issuing buy orders, i would say that fits for this stock. so i assume more interested buyers at 19.3 than at 21?
unless my math is wrong. but every share that trades has a buyer and seller so over 5 million people today buying
